How Our Courses Work
All of our courses come in the interactive forms of workshops, masterminds and individual coaching. These interactive Trainings are delivered to small groups (6-8), Usually run for 8 to 10 weeks and are done both in-person & online. Individual Coaching packages are structured for 3, 6 or 12 months consecutively. Individuals enrolled in a coaching program will meet with their respective coach for sessions of 1 hour per week. They will also have access to their coaches throughout any particular week via email or text.
All of our trainings offer a safe, supportive learning environment without any judgment or ridicule. We ask each participant for full engagement and commitment during the time of our sessions.
