Our CEO and founder, James Ortiz, was highly influenced by Dr. John C Maxwell who is one of the top business leaders of our time. Maxwell is an advocate for service based leadership and believes that through the power of values, we can change our world.

Ortiz was born in a thirld world country (Nicaragua), and was raised in a fatherless home. He struggled greatly throughout his teenage years when he decided to emigrate to the US. But was later able to turn things around, gathered many successes both in his professional career and business and then went on to fund an organization that would help other young adults improve their lives.
